WASTE WATER RECYCLING PLANT AT GUJARAT STATE JUDICIAL ACADEMY

Inauguration of new building of Gujarat State Judicial Academy took place on 17.09.2016 in the presence of Hon’ble Mr. Justice T.S. Thakur, Chief Justice of India and other distinguished dignitaries.

Presently the Academy is functioning in its new building spread in approx 297204 Sq.mtrs. of land and situated near the building of The High Court of Gujarat.

1. ACADEMIC AND ADMINISTRITIVE BUILDING:

Ground Floor: Total 38 rooms including four lecture halls, four Class rooms, toilets, water room, Convention room.

The administrative building has chamber of Honourable the Patron-in-Chief, President, Director, Deputy Director and other officers of GSJA.

First Floor: Total 37 rooms including Library, Reading room, Computer Lab, Video Conference Room, Conference Room, Group Discussions Room, toilets and water room.

The library is well-furnished with law books and other readings on general and special subjects, reference books, journals etc. It has also computer lab with 30 computers for purpose of computer training to judges of the state.

2. HOSTEL BLOCK A

The hostel block A of Academy has 108 rooms of single occupancy with attached toilets cum bathrooms and provides recreational facilities like TV.

3. HOSTEL BLOCK B

The hostel block B of Academy has 108 rooms of single occupancy with attached toilets cum bathrooms and provides recreational facilities like TV.

4. VIP GUEST HOUSE

VIP Guest house of Academy has 20 suits of double occupancy with attached toilets cum bathrooms and provides recreational facilities like 2 LED TV.

5. RECREATION BUILDING

Garden

Facilities like gymnasium, yoga, badminton, volleyball, table tennis, chess, carom and theatre for watching movie are available in Recreation building of GSJA.

6. DINNING / DORMITORY

General dining and VIP dining hall are available in dining facility building. It has also Dormitory (14 rooms) for drivers.

7. TRANSPORT FACILITY/ PARKING

One Big luxury bus having capacity of 45 seats & One mini luxury bus having 27 seats for visits of various departments. The GSJA has also open area for parking, gardening, walking and sports.

8. SOLAR SYSTEM

Solar System is attached to all the buildings of Gujarat State Judicial Academy.
